WoodCreek Maps

The WoodCreek subdivision is usually considered to be divided into 3 distinct sections illustrated in the map to the right (mouse over or touch it to enlarge it). WoodCreek Farms (or “The Farms”), which is generally the northern section of the subdivision is shown in green. For obvious reasons, the subsection, shown in yellow, to the north-east of Northwestern highway is often referred to as the “Triangle”. WoodCreek Hills (or “The Hills”), which is to the south of Salem Road and its junction with Wellington Road is shown in blue. In practice, WoodCreek is divided in several plats, a map of which can be seen here
